Chef Kristian Young
Kristian Young has called a handful of cities home. His journey has brought him across the country, landing in Erie as the Executive Chef of Cork 1794. He’s lived in Chicago, Portland, Los Angeles and Scottsdale.
Chef Young learned his craft at Scottsdale Culinary Institute in Arizona, and focuses his talents on a farm to table and sustainable concept at Cork 1794. Young show cases his inspiration and culinary passions with a French Continental influenced menu. His unique style in the kitchen comes from his time spent in nearly every region of the U.S. His many accolades include “Lake Erie Living” Chef of the Year, 2015 and “Best of Lake Erie” Best Chef, 2015.
